• Licence — Travel agency licence AV0138.05 issued by the Macao Government Tourism Office, verifiable in the official licensed-entities directory.
• Insurance — Commercial insurance in place. Policy copies and business registration are available to partners on request.
• Fleet — mainly Toyota Alphard 7-seat MPVs: up to 6 passengers per vehicle with 4 large (28-inch) and 2 small (20-inch) suitcases. Child seats are free of charge when requested in advance.
• Chauffeurs — All chauffeurs hold Macau professional driving licences; driving records and criminal-record certificates are checked at hiring; standardised training before the first assignment; uniformed.
• Cross-border operation — Hong Kong–Macau transfers via the HZMB with no change of vehicle at the ports; Guangdong–Macau transfers with vehicles permitted for cross-border use.
• Dispatch and communication — GPS-tracked vehicles with real-time location visible to dispatch; two 24/7 hotlines (Mandarin/Cantonese; English via email / written confirmation); written confirmation for every booking; airport pickups monitored against the flight when you give us the flight number.
• Passenger tracking link — every booking has a no-login tracking link you can forward to your passenger.
• Meet and greet and waiting — Name-board meet and greet at airports and ferry terminals is available on request; if you choose it when booking, it is already in your quote. At airports, waiting is free for 1 hour from the actual landing time and then charged in half-hour units; elsewhere, 15 minutes free if we cannot contact the passenger after arrival.

Coverage

Macau — airport, Taipa and Outer Harbour ferry terminals, the HZMB Macau port, hotels, venues and named addresses; hourly and multi-stop hire.

Hong Kong — Hong Kong International Airport and Tung Chung, Disneyland, Kowloon, Hong Kong Island and outlying districts, to and from Macau via the HZMB.

Guangdong and neighbouring provinces — 40 published routes to and from Macau covering Zhuhai, Zhongshan, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan, Jiangmen, Dongguan, Huizhou and other Guangdong cities, plus neighbouring provinces.

Bookings run through Midsky's own dispatch system, so partners are not stuck confirming by phone and spreadsheet:

• Partner portal — partners with a written agreement get their own login to place and look up bookings, send change requests, and see quota batches.
• Instant quotes — enter a route on our website for an instant HKD quote; the price is locked when you book.
• Trip tracking link — every booking has a no-login link you can forward to your passenger.
• System-to-system (API) integration — available on request, so bookings go straight from your system into Midsky's dispatch system; we agree the details with your technical team.

Quotes, accounts and settlement

Every job is quoted in writing in Hong Kong dollars, by route or operating plan, before you commit. Published reference rates cover 45 cross-border routes; hourly hire in Macau starts from 4 hours; parking, tolls and similar costs are paid separately as incurred. Book directly on our website. For complex or major projects, please contact us; service contracts are available on request.

Refunds are tiered by how long before pickup you cancel; the current tiers are those shown on the booking page and your order page. No refund once the driver has set off. If we cannot supply a vehicle for a reason attributable to us, you are refunded in full. In special circumstances such as severe weather or a delayed or cancelled flight, please contact customer service and we will review it case by case. One free date change before the 24-hour mark.

Corporate and trade accounts are set up by written agreement, including settlement terms and the passenger-facing instructions you want us to follow (name-board text, greeting language, contact rules). Service contracts are available for major projects.

Accounts set up by written agreement can also get a web portal login to place and look up bookings, send change requests and see quota batches. The portal language can be set up for your team.

• Send your company name, the markets you serve and your typical requirements (routes, volumes, vehicle needs, greeting standards) by email, WhatsApp or WeChat, or call a 24/7 hotline.
• We reply with a written quote or rate sheet, onboarding details and the documents you need for your supplier file.
• Bookings are confirmed in writing; vehicles are assigned after confirmation.
