Fleet and Service Standards
Midsky runs transfers mainly on Toyota Alphard 7-seat MPVs. This page sets out seating and luggage, how chauffeurs are vetted, how dispatch works and how Hong Kong–Macau trips run — and how you can check a vehicle and our licences yourself before you travel.

Vehicle, seats and luggage
A Toyota Alphard can be arranged for 6 passengers, with a reference luggage capacity of 4 large (28-inch) and 2 small (20-inch) suitcases. Actual loading is limited to what the vehicle can safely carry; declare strollers, wheelchairs, instruments or oversized items when you book, and larger groups get a separate vehicle plan.
Child seats are free of charge — note the children's ages and the number of seats when you book or enquire so we can prepare them.

Chauffeurs
All chauffeurs hold Macau professional driving licences, are checked for driving and criminal records at hiring, complete standardised training before their first assignment and work in uniform.
Dispatch and communication
Vehicles are GPS-tracked so dispatch can see their live position. Two 24-hour hotlines, (853) 6323 2883 / 6559 6336, are answered mainly in Mandarin and Cantonese; for English, please email or confirm in writing.
For online bookings, once the driver confirms the job your order page shows the driver, their phone number and the plate. If the driver has not confirmed or set off on time, the system reminds the driver first, then alerts our dispatch team to follow up.
Hong Kong–Macau: the same car door to door
Hong Kong–Macau trips run on licensed Hong Kong–Macau cross-border taxis via the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macao Bridge; the same car completes the journey with no change of car at the ports. Guangdong–Macau trips use vehicles qualified for cross-border travel.
Immigration formalities still apply. Whether you can stay in the car when entering Macau at the bridge's Macao Port depends on your passport — you can check it first.

How to recognise a licensed Hong Kong–Macau cross-border hire car
A vehicle carrying paying passengers across the border needs both an operating permit and cross-border identification. Before you travel you can check three things yourself:
- The hire car permit on the windscreen.
- The “Cross Boundary Hire Car” marking and vehicle number on the front and rear.
- For Hong Kong hire cars, enter the plate in the Hong Kong Government's online hire car permit enquiry.

Licences and insurance
- Travel agency licence AV0138.05, issued by the Macao Government Tourism Office and listed on its register of licensed entities.
- Vehicle rental licence: held (issued by the Macao Government Tourism Office). Every Midsky service comes with a professional chauffeur; we do not rent self-drive cars.
- Commercial insurance in place.
- A vehicle used to carry paying passengers should hold an operating permit and insurance that match that use.
