A Macau car charter gives you the whole car and a chauffeur for the hours you book — from 4 hours; time beyond the booked hours is charged by the hour. It suits a day of meetings, a family day across the Macau Peninsula, Taipa and Coloane, or keeping luggage in the car after checkout.

Charters run mainly on Toyota Alphard 7-seat MPVs, each arranged for up to 6 passengers. Chauffeurs hold Macau professional driving licences, are checked for driving and criminal records at hiring, trained and uniformed.

How to choose the right way to book

For one simple transfer with light luggage and flexible timing, compare a taxi or public transport first. Multiple meetings, family stops or carrying luggage after checkout are reasons to compare separate transfers with hourly car service.

• For corporate and event work: flights, hotels, venues, transfer waves, on-site contact and name-board requirements.

Price and confirmation

Services are quoted in Hong Kong dollars by route or operating plan. Hourly hire starts from 4 hours; parking, tolls and similar costs are paid separately as incurred, and time beyond the booked hours is charged by the hour. For transfers, the base fee includes road tolls, vehicle service and in-car VIP service. Extra waiting, night service, a longer destination or added stopovers may cost extra; airport meet-and-greet chosen when booking and public-holiday service are already in your quote. Vehicles are assigned after the written quote is confirmed, full payment is completed and we have accepted your booking.

What to send for a multi-stop quote

List pickup, stops in order, desired arrival times, expected duration at each stop and the final drop-off. Include passenger, luggage and child-seat details. For exhibitions or concerts, name the venue, expected finish time and permitted pickup point.

Confirm costs and vehicle arrangements before extending booked hours or adding stops. Do not assume the vehicle can wait outside every venue, or treat a suggested itinerary as a confirmed service.
