Waiting, flight changes and meet-and-greet

Airport pickups include 1 hour of free waiting, counted from the flight's actual landing time. If the flight number was provided at booking, Midsky bears the risk of flight delay and no extra waiting charge applies. Waiting beyond the free waiting time is charged in 30-minute units at the rate stated in the written quote. Airport name-board service chosen when booking and public-holiday service are already in your quote. Tell customer service as early as possible if a flight changes.

How the transfer is priced

One-way Toyota Alphard reference prices between Macau International Airport and Macau hotels are HK$ 250–350, depending on the hotel's area; if you choose an airport name board when booking, it is already in your quote. The Guangdong and Hong Kong cross-border price table is not used as a substitute for a local-airport quote. Customer service replies with a written HKD quote, and the vehicle is assigned after confirmation and full payment and we have accepted your booking.

What should be confirmed before an airport pickup?

Before accepting a quotation, confirm the meeting point, waiting arrangements and the name on the meet-and-greet board with customer service, and provide your flight details; also confirm supplements such as extra waiting time. Notify customer service promptly if your flight changes. For waiting and no-show rules, refer to the service terms and the quotation or order confirmed by both parties.
