• Licence — Travel agency licence AV0138.05 issued by the Macao Government Tourism Office, verifiable in the official licensed-entities directory.
• Insurance — Travel agency professional civil liability insurance (Luen Fung Hang Insurance Co., Ltd., coverage MOP 1,000,000). Policy copies and business registration are available to partners on request.
• Fleet — Own fleet of 30+ Toyota Alphard 7-seat MPVs, model years 2022 onwards: up to 6 passengers with 4 large (28-inch) and 2 small (20-inch) suitcases. Child seats are free of charge when requested in advance.
• Chauffeurs — All chauffeurs hold Macau professional driving licences; driving records and criminal-record certificates are checked at hiring; standardised training before the first assignment; uniformed.
• Cross-border operation — Hong Kong–Macau transfers via the HZMB with no change of vehicle at the ports; Guangdong–Macau transfers with vehicles permitted for cross-border use.
• Dispatch and communication — GPS-tracked vehicles with real-time location visible to dispatch; two 24/7 hotlines (Mandarin/Cantonese; English via email / written confirmation); written confirmation for every booking; airport pickups monitored against the flight when you give us the flight number.
• Meet and greet and waiting — Name-board meet and greet at airports and ferry terminals is available on request and charged as an add-on, quoted together with the transfer. At airports, waiting is free for 1 hour from the actual landing time and then charged in half-hour units; elsewhere, 15 minutes free if we cannot contact the passenger after arrival.

Coverage

Macau — airport, Taipa and Outer Harbour ferry terminals, the HZMB Macau port, hotels, venues and named addresses; hourly and multi-stop hire.

Hong Kong — Hong Kong International Airport and Tung Chung, Disneyland, Kowloon, Hong Kong Island and outlying districts, to and from Macau via the HZMB.

Guangdong and Guangxi — 40 published routes to and from Macau covering Zhuhai, Zhongshan, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan, Jiangmen, Dongguan, Huizhou and other Guangdong cities, plus Guangxi.

Quotes, accounts and settlement

Every job is quoted in writing in Hong Kong dollars, by route or operating plan, before you commit. Published reference rates cover 45 cross-border routes; hourly hire in Macau starts from 4 hours with parking borne by Midsky. Quotes are normally returned within 4 hours, or within 12 hours at night and on weekends; chauffeur and vehicle details are sent 2 hours before the service starts.

Cancellation: full refund more than 72 hours before departure; 50% of the amount paid is deducted between 72 and 24 hours; no refund within 24 hours. One free date change before the 24-hour mark.

Corporate and trade accounts are set up by written agreement, including settlement terms and the passenger-facing instructions you want us to follow (name-board text, greeting language, contact rules). Service contracts are available for major projects.

Midsky has operated ground transportation for an international golf tournament and an international electronic music festival in Macau, and serves integrated resort and hotel entertainment clients with recurring transfers. Client names are not published on this site.
