Terms of Service / Passenger Notice
The following terms and passenger notice apply to car services provided by Midsky Travel Agency. The quotation or order confirmed by both parties prevails on specifics.
1. Operator & Licensing
Midsky Travel Agency Ltd.(中天旅行社有限公司)is a licensed travel agency of the Macao Special Administrative Region, travel agency licence no. AV0138.05 (licensing authority: Macao Government Tourism Office). The company carries travel agency professional civil liability insurance (insurer: Luen Fung Hang Insurance Co., Ltd., coverage MOP 1,000,000). Registered address: 9/F E, Edf. 2. Scope of Services
Guangdong–Macau cross-border car services, licensed Hong Kong–Macau cross-border taxis and local Macau car services (including pre-booked transfers, pick-ups, corporate hospitality, group reception and multi-passenger travel). Vehicle type, route, time and passenger count are subject to the quotation or order confirmed by both parties.
3. Quotes & Payment
- Services are pre-booked and not metered. Fees are quoted by route or service plan; the items included and any possible surcharges are as listed in the quotation.
- Vehicles are assigned after the booking party confirms the quote and completes payment. Before payment is completed, an enquiry or quotation does not constitute a booking.
- Payment methods, quotations, receipts and service contracts are subject to what both parties confirm. Service contracts are available for major projects or volume bookings.
4. Booking Confirmation, Rescheduling, Cancellation & Waiting
- Confirmation: a booking is established once the quote is confirmed and payment completed; major projects or volume bookings are subject to the service contract or order confirmed by both parties.
- Cancellation: the booking party should give at least 72 hours' notice to cancel.
- Rescheduling: please notify us as early as possible; feasibility depends on vehicle, route and cross-border arrangements.
- Waiting / no-show: after the driver arrives at the agreed location, the vehicle waits free of charge for 15 minutes if the passenger cannot be reached; beyond that the trip is treated as a no-show and handled as a cancellation. Longer waiting can be arranged if requested in advance.
5. Travel Documents & Lawful Immigration
- For cross-border trips, passengers must hold valid travel documents, visas and all papers required for immigration, and maintain lawful entry, exit and stay status.
- Delays, refused crossings, fines, repatriation or incomplete trips caused by incomplete documents, overstaying or non-compliance with immigration rules are borne by the passenger; the company is not liable and fees are not refunded for such causes.
- The company operates under the laws of the Macao SAR and does not participate in, arrange or carry any person or trip in breach of immigration law.
6. Passenger Safety & Conduct
- Please wear your seat belt and follow the driver's reasonable instructions concerning road safety.
- Children: please request a child seat in advance; availability is subject to mutual confirmation.
- Smoking is prohibited in vehicles; prohibited or dangerous items must not be carried.
- Damage to the vehicle or other losses caused intentionally or by gross negligence of the passenger shall be compensated by the passenger.
7. Luggage & Lost Property
- Luggage is limited to what the vehicle can safely carry; please state the quantity and size of luggage when booking.
- Please keep valuables with you.
- Items left in vehicles: contact the company and we will assist in locating and handling them.
8. Liability & Force Majeure
- The company bears liability in accordance with the Travel Agency Business and Tour Guide Profession Law (Law No. 5/2025) and within the coverage of its insurance.
- For delays, changes or cancellations caused by force majeure (severe weather, border controls, traffic control, government orders, public emergencies, etc.), the company will assist with arrangements as far as possible but is not liable for indirect losses arising therefrom.
9. Personal Data
Contact details and itinerary information provided via the enquiry form or otherwise are used only to arrange, communicate about and follow up on the relevant car service. The company protects passengers' personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Law No. 8/2005) and does not use it for unrelated purposes without consent.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Macao Special Administrative Region. The company reserves the right to adjust these terms in compliance with the law; the latest version published on this website prevails.
